Melbourne Office Services

Below is a list of the services that I'm initially offering and their introductory rates, if available. 
These services can be either a stand-alone session or you can include any of the 30-minute or 1-hour services in your 3-month or 6-month plan, In that case, the session can be included in one of your two monthly sessions or can be in addition to those two. If you have other health concerns that are not on this list, please let me know--we can create a customized plan that outlines how we'll work together on your concerns.

Discovery Session (30 minutes, no charge)

Consultation (1 hour)

One-month Package (two 1-hour sessions)

Three-month Package (two 1-hour sessions each month; saves $25 vs. three one-month Packages)

Six-month Package (two 1-hour sessions each month; saves $50 vs. six one-month Packages)

Immune System Support (1 hour)

  • With all the attacks on our health, our immune system needs to be stronger than it has ever been.

  • These attacks can be from many sources, including chemicals in our foods, nutrient deficiencies, toxins, and medications, to name a few. 

  • In this 1-hour session, we'll figure out which of the attacks that you're having on your immune system are the most dangerous to your health and you'll learn nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle strategies for reducing the harm from them.

Pills & Skills (1-hour session) 

  • If you're taking any prescription drugs, they can deplete important nutrients that you need in order to have Optimal Wellness. 

  • You won't be stopping any pill without first discussing it with the doctor who prescribed it. 

  • In the Pills & Skills program, using the list of your prescription drugs on my Intake Form, I'll research each one to create a personalized printed report that lists the known nutrients that may be depleted for each drug.

  • We'll set a day and time to meet for one hour to go through your Pills & Skills Report and discuss the foods that are important for you to include in your diet so you can get enough of the nutrients that are being depleted. 

  • If you aren't able to get enough of any depleted nutrient from your foods in order to have Optimal Wellness, we'll discuss high quality supplement and the best forms of each so you can discuss with your doctor your desire to take them.

Pre- & Post-Surgery Support (1-hour session)

  • The body handles surgery best when it has the nutrients needed to prepare for that trauma and the nutrients needed to help it heal faster and more efficiently after the trauma.

  • In this 1-hour session, we'll discuss foods that can help your body prepare for surgery and repair afterward.

  • You'll also get recommendations from four nationally-recognized doctors with nutrients that are important to avoid before surgery, prepare the body for surgery, and help it heal better and faster after surgery.

  • You'll learn which foods can provide the needed nutrients. If you aren't able to get enough of any nutrient from your foods, we'll discuss high quality supplements that are in the best forms so you can discuss your desire to take them with your surgeon. 

  • Armed with this information, you'll then discuss all changes that you'd like to make before and after surgery with your surgeon. 

  • If you are already taking prescription drugs and have not done the Pills & Skills Program, that is an important companion to this program, since those drugs may already be depleting nutrients that your body needs. 

  • You'll also learn the benefits of Therapeutic Massage, Reiki sessions, and Alpha-Stim Microcurrent Electric Therapy when scheduled before and/or after your surgery. (Therapeutic Massage requires approval from your physician and/or Physical Therapist).

Getting Started with Exercise (1-hour session)

  • This program is ideal for someone who knows they need to exercise for better fitness, flexibility, and balance, but hasn't figured out how to start.

  • Howard has been working out at home for over 37 years and can help you get started on the path to getting fit.

  • You'll learn a set of effective stretches and exercises that you can start doing at home with a minimal investment in workout supplies and you'll be shown how to perform each stretch and exercise properly.

  • We'll find the best form of cardio exercise for you to do.

  • You'll find the days and times in your schedule that work best for exercise, then you'll be able to start progressing at your own pace toward the goals you set for yourself.

Recipe Makeover (30 minutes)

  • You'll provide a printout of a favorite recipe, learn which ingredients are not-so-healthy, then get help finding healthier substitutes to replace them.

  • We'll be marking up your recipe with notes during this session, so bring a spare copy of it, if desired.
